David comes from a corporate marketing background in publishing, with over 25 years experience in retail & wholesale marketing. He understands the principles of the opportunity pipeline, and applies it to the design of effective web sites. David's the author of Marketing Tips For Realtors.
Hui Zhang - Programming
Expertise includes a Masters Degree in Library and Information Sciences, a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences, and has been a champion of LAMP architecture years before it became the de facto standard for web sites. Hui comes from a corporate background, developing database systems for business and education.

Our History, in Brief
RealtyFolio was born from a 'crazy' idea: Build a web site solution for a realtor who understands that marketing is more than business cards, and that having a business plan is the key to his success. In a market dominated by endless template solutions, our directive was to provide a professional alternative that not only looked great but focused attention on the client, not his software provider.
